Hello
I'm Siobhan Curran/Kisa Naumova, and this is my weblog. I tend to write about stuff like crossdressing, Macs, code, cats, wine and Second Life, but in general it's just an ongoing conversation about all sorts of stuff. If you'd like to know a little bit more about what this all is, I recommend starting on this page which has a little bit of info on who I am, and what I'm trying to do — or you could dive into my five years worth of archives if you like.
Otherwise, feel free to close this box and explore...
Bugger — I can't seem to get any DNS hosts tonight
I had to manually add siobhansplace.co.uk to NetInfo just to get here and access my diary...
...not a major problem, I can still get to transchat.sister.org (since I've got Sarah's IP address bookmarked) but it means I can see any pictures ![]()
This has slightly put a dampener on my huge triumph today when I beat the university's nasty no-external-email-firewall settings by making my first ever ssh tunnel and connecting to my home server under their noses ![]()
...
Wait, I had a thought, what if I use my own server as a DNS...
Sarah, I love you
You are absolutely fab yay
