Hello smile

I'm Siobhan Curran/Kisa Naumova, and this is my weblog. I tend to write about stuff like crossdressing, Macs, code, cats, wine and Second Life, but in general it's just an ongoing conversation about all sorts of stuff. If you'd like to know a little bit more about what this all is, I recommend starting on this page which has a little bit of info on who I am, and what I'm trying to do — or you could dive into my five years worth of archives if you like.

Otherwise, feel free to close this box and explore...

urg I am so not with it this morning

I don't know exactly why, but the roads seemed a lot more dangerous this morning. I swear I saw about 10 near misses on my way to work — people pulling out of junstions without looking and making others swerve. It would have been just one of those "Hmm, interesting" things I guess had it not been for someone pulling out of a side-road and almost smacking the side of me just as I was getting to work.

I had to swerve — heroically

Ack well, whatever. This morning I'm not very busy, so I'm going to run off some of my own work on the metal-photocopier in the hope I can squeeze it on the press.

Anyone wanting to buy prints of one of my images, let me know

Oh yeah...thanks for the reminder....emac could be in my future.

Um, HELLO!

My Diary. If you two want to start a conversation, go do it round the back

I'm kidding

I knew that Beth, did you also know that if you access the Apple Store from inside your institution's network, you can get even more discount? True story

I've been pootering about on the store today as a matter of fact. I want to get two Airport Expresses (one for downstairs, one for the bedroom) and one or two other little things. I'd thought maybe that a Palm Tungsten would be nice, but I can't really justify it to myself...

...especially if I'm going to bite the bullet and get a motorbike.

I was also thinking about an iPod — now, I know I've said in the past that my life doesn't need a soundtrack thankyouverymuch, but it would be dead cool in the car, especially if Alpine launch the iPod-compatible in-car stereo they've been talking about

One question — can you fit it to a bike as well?

(ooooh — how about with BlueTooth headphones?! That would be so cool!)

Mum and dad have an intercom system built into thier crash helemets, and that can be hooked up to any walkman type thingy, so the answer is yes
