Hello
I'm Siobhan Curran/Kisa Naumova, and this is my weblog. I tend to write about stuff like crossdressing, Macs, code, cats, wine and Second Life, but in general it's just an ongoing conversation about all sorts of stuff. If you'd like to know a little bit more about what this all is, I recommend starting on this page which has a little bit of info on who I am, and what I'm trying to do — or you could dive into my five years worth of archives if you like.
Otherwise, feel free to close this box and explore...
Booze!
We (Kath and me) have decided that it would be a good idea the weekend after next, to invite everyone back to mine after the annual Lancaster Fireworks, for some baked-potatoes and mulled wine. I love the fireworks, and it would be dead fab to, rather than sitting in a crowded pub, to all be drinking hot booze and being lovely ![]()
Anyway, because of this, I'm going to have to practise making mulled wine a lot
I was just looking on Google for a recipe, and I found a rather good website full of drink ideas
I must take issue with their description of their recipe for an Irish Car Bomb ... apparently it's popular all over the world, not in bloody Ireland it's not
Apart from the fact that it's almost considered sacrilage to put anything in Guinness, maybe I'm being a little sensitive, but calling a drink an "Irish Car Bomb" is hardly the most right-on-politically-correct-let's-put-the-past-behind-us-and-move-on thing to do ![]()
Ack, whatever. I'm going to (deliberately) take a long time and a lot of experimentation to get the mulled-wine recipe just right ![]()
Hee hee hee

Just be sure to give us all the final recipe'! Make sure you write down what you do! ![]()
