Hello
I'm Siobhan Curran/Kisa Naumova, and this is my weblog. I tend to write about stuff like crossdressing, Macs, code, cats, wine and Second Life, but in general it's just an ongoing conversation about all sorts of stuff. If you'd like to know a little bit more about what this all is, I recommend starting on this page which has a little bit of info on who I am, and what I'm trying to do — or you could dive into my five years worth of archives if you like.
Otherwise, feel free to close this box and explore...
Post-party analysis
Well, I think our party was a success
... Nah, I reckon it was. EVeryone ate all the food (the sausages went down particularly well) and everyone was talking and drinking until about 1am — so I guess it must have been OK.
The fireworks this year were rather good
Sometimes, in the past, I've not been able to hear the music. But this year we were stood right next to the speakers. The only three things that put a dampener on it were (a) the rain (natch) (b) the tree that was slightly blocking my view, and (c) Kath not being with me — she'd left the castle grounds to meet up with someone who was late, but the police wouldn't let her back in cos it was too busy. So she had to watch from elsewhere ![]()
It was really nice having lots of people in my house, drinking and having fun. ALthough the place was in a right state this morning
Kath and I have been tidying up this afternoon, and while my house was looking lovely, I decided to take one of my patchy-panoramic pictures of it ![]()
(big file warning — it's about 256K)
