Hello smile

I'm Siobhan Curran/Kisa Naumova, and this is my weblog. I tend to write about stuff like crossdressing, Macs, code, cats, wine and Second Life, but in general it's just an ongoing conversation about all sorts of stuff. If you'd like to know a little bit more about what this all is, I recommend starting on this page which has a little bit of info on who I am, and what I'm trying to do — or you could dive into my five years worth of archives if you like.

Otherwise, feel free to close this box and explore...

Closure

I don't quite know what made me do it just then, but I guess I knew I had to at some point. Truth is, I've not been able to bring myself to scatter George's ashes ever since he was cremated. They've been sitting on top of the Microwave in a box.

But something just then made me do it. I took the box outside, opened it up (and was surprised by the little octagonal box inside, along with the flowers...), and scattered them out the back of my house, between the two trees that he used to sit and wait for me to come back from the shops.

Do please understand, I'm a little upset right now. But there was something magical about the moment. I was sat there, on the grass, box in hand. And I suddenly realised that Tish and Biscuit had come out and joined me.

As I was watering the ground where I scattered, it was as if they were keeping guard.

Sorry, I'm in a bit of a state. I just needed closure that's all

Anyway, here's how I'll remember him:

George

He was my friend

Plagiarism

stripes

Nice to see my work lives on long after I'm dead — into the 200th Century no less. Someone might light to point out to them though that they've got it the wrong way up...

Much better

Never spotted it till now

I ought to mention, that it isn't actually my work  And it's a bit rich of me to talk about plagiarism when I've spent a large portion of today messing around with other people's work...

Just For Fun

I know this is naughty, and I must apologise for nicking things. It's just that when I went to bed last night, I had an idea to do something, and I felt that I had to see it through. It's not the most polished thing I've ever done, but it's just for fun OK?

At the risk of being totally predictable — FANTASTIC!!!

Took ages for download (damn this 56kB line) but worth it in the end.

What next? Blake's 7? (Only a joke, don't get het up about it).

Thanks hon

damn this 56kB line

No, damm my 256kb upload line  One of these days, I must get myself a dedicated server to dump all my media on.

I'll do Blake's 7 when Orbital remix the title music

Very nice idea, who would have thought it the Dr dancing to orbital

'The Doctor Dances' indeed!

And how annoyed am I that I'm going out of the country tomorrow for ten days? My Sky + box better not break down...
