Hello smile

I'm Siobhan Curran/Kisa Naumova, and this is my weblog. I tend to write about stuff like crossdressing, Macs, code, cats, wine and Second Life, but in general it's just an ongoing conversation about all sorts of stuff. If you'd like to know a little bit more about what this all is, I recommend starting on this page which has a little bit of info on who I am, and what I'm trying to do — or you could dive into my five years worth of archives if you like.

Otherwise, feel free to close this box and explore...

Welcome To Leeds

Not the greatest piece of auto-stitching in the world, but hey.

I need to play with Hugin a bit more.

Does it have a sister product called Munin?

I thought it was "kissin". The software suite is "huggin and kissin" ...

I don't think it's produced by Microsoft.

(Sorry. Allergies kept me up. )

And now back to some good jokes...

Turning It Up To Eleven

My God, that was fantastic. Creepy, scary, comedic, tragic. I laughed, I winced, I was gripped.

Turning it up to eleven

And who the fuck is Harold Saxon?

someone's not been paying attention!

My God, that was fantastic. Creepy, scary, comedic, tragic. I laughed, I winced, I was gripped.

Just read that via Bloglines, with no context apparent, and thought you were celebrating a really satisfying bowel movement.

Sorry.

NRT... no, cos then it would have ended "And who the fuck is Armitage Shanks?"

And I would have taken the opportunity (natch) to say "I've just had a really satifying shit"

Hmm. The tabloids think he's the Master, it seems, but Google directed me to this, which fits in a number of respects:

The 'Harold Saxon' link is a bit tenuous, but his first appearence was set in Saxon Northumbria.

Like it  I'll be annoyed if he's The Master. I'm not sure why

Dr. Who was great. Much better than last weeks rather disappointing Dalek denouement. My squee moment was when the Doctor's insatiable curiosity resulted in him u-turning the Tardis back to Martha's. It was just perfect pitch Doctor behaviour.

The only slight let down was the monster's CGI face... it didn't look like Mark Gatiss.

Well, to be honest, the whole CGI of the monster didn't really cut it, I thought. A trifle naff in an otherwise mesmorising story.

But hey.

Tell you what though, the trailer for what's coming nexst looked fantastic. The only let-down was the Eurovision interruption.

Damm those mainlanders and their need for incessant Finnish Pop.

I'm guessing the Master is coming back, and at first I thought 'Oh no...', but can John Simm do any wrong???

Interesting myspace page???

Missed it yesterday, and todays repeat, roll on fridays repeat. Also, instead of taping last weeks, my friend managed to tape an hours worth of static instead, aarrgh!
