I'm Siobhan Curran/Kisa Naumova, and this is my weblog. A WTF Moment™

Just went to the shops to buy some baccy. I should really have taken a trip to Sainsburys and bought a big packet, but I couldn't be arsed, deciding rather to nip to the corner shop.

The corner shop is OK, but it is rather ppulated with children and chavs.

Anyways, as I was walking out, stuffing Orange Poppets (yum) into my gob, a young girl — probably 16 or 17? — boffed me on the head with some papers she was holding, and said "Special".

WTF?

Why do things like this happen to me?

She probably meant to say "Princess", but couldn't get both brain-cells to stay connected long enough to get the word out.

I think an appropriate response is, "Yes sweetheart, I'm sure you are." :biggrin:

We've invited a few people over to the sim for a more 'formal' opening of the shows tonight. So what better excuse do I need to go out and splurge on a new dress? :biggrin:

Just like it though ... I skipped off early from work today having done 4 hrs this morning. I know I thought, I'll go on SL, change my outfit (I've been wearing the same clothes for months!) and take some new pics for Flickr. Damn thing was offline — fine for those in Pacific time — pain in the ass for those of us in proper time!

PS Siobhan. How do I get my Flickr icon to show up? (I cant find how to do it — thick uh!) ... and if you can't be bothered telling me — I wouldn't blame you :wink: then can you change the default silhouette to female please.
