Now, you see, don't get me wrong. It was thoroughily great for the past two weeks for some friends to put me up - and I'm utterly thankful for them for that. Just being able to get up at a reasonable hour, and spend about fifteen briskly-walking minutes getting to work - and the wonderful flexibility of being able to leave whenever I wanted, go to the pub if I wanted ... hell, get shitfaced if I wanted - it was fab.
