Can Anyone Help?
I got an email the other day from a student who's trying to translate an Arabic book into English[1], asking if I knew of any Arabic OCR software. We've both Googled and not come up with anything - anything that's free anyway. So I thought, "Hold on, there's a large body of people out there who I could ask", which is exactly what I'm doing.
